From the time when I begin to admit my complementary needs along with the group, to respect more the differences and to give opportunity so that the predominant color of each may be manifested, the force of the team grows exponentially.

You are more about thinking, feeling or acting?

Human being acts in the world through three basic systems:

• the neuro-sensory, responsible for sensory perceptions and thought.

• the rhythmic, responsible for relationships and feeling and,...

• metabolic-motor, responsible for the will and our action in the world.

Although these three systems are interdependent and every human being thinks, feels and acts as an individual, there is an innate predisposition for each individual to act predominantly according to one of these systems.

Certainly we know, for example, very creative people who have great ideas, but who find it difficult to put them into practice in their daily lives, others establish relationships and make decisions involving many emotions and finally those who prefer practical and operational activities, who go right into the action and do not like to "lose" a long time "thinking.

Studies conducted over more than twenty years have shown that, according to the interaction between these three systems, we have five different personality styles that are more common, each of which has a specific way to learn, observe, communicate, act and react before life experiences. It is as if each of them talks a distinct language.

To facilitate the understanding and the association between characteristics and human types, we chose a colour for each style, inspired by Goethe's research on the colours. The five types are: White, Orange, Green, Blue and Brown.

With the colours, we can now use another metaphor for understanding the types. Imagine that each type represents colored glass lens. If the style of a person is Blue, all he sees is influenced by the qualities of the blue type. If it is Green, everything will be seen from the qualities of green, and so on. Because we do not know the existence of other styles, we imagine that everyone should act exactly how we act and this causes a lot of conflict and communication difficulties.

Researches have shown that from the five existing styles, we all have two actually. One that is predominant and other complementary that operates in

polarity with the first. Although these essential styles remain, cultural factors,

experiences we have been through and the maturity of each one influence and

stimulate the development of the other types. While there are people who can talk to profiles from all the colours, the important thing is to understand that

you do not need to develop all of them, but having someone on your side that

complements the skills (colours) you know you have not developed.
