It was possible to direct my attitudes in accordance with the expectation and essence of each one; everything flowed in a much calmer way.

Human being lives between friendliness and antipathy in his relationships. It is common to like people with whom we have affinity, who complement us or who we admire and, on the contrary, we feel antipathy towards those who are very different from us. For some, for example, they feel antipathy towards people who are too organized, for others towards people who are talkative and

who take everything so personally, that bother them or who are seemingly slow, who do not listen to others and trample others and finally some people feel antipathy towards those who seem to be cold and impersonal.

In fact, antipathies come mostly from different values and cultures and from prejudices we have in relation to people who have different styles. As we have self-awareness and we understand the way each person's style works, we better tolerate, understand and value the importance of each style and thus we have the opportunity to establish more productive relationships and while developing integrated and strong teams.
