With this awareness, I had the possibility of understanding better the diversity of

different personalities and which form is more comfortable or language is more

appropriate to different publics.

For Leaders and Professionals:

• Recognize their behaviour patterns and their potentialities

• Be aware of the impact of their style in interpersonal relationships.

• Know their challenges and how to develop.

• Understand how the various human types operate and the best way to establish relationships with each of them.

• Avoid labels and antipathy and understand the importance of all styles.

• Understand the cause of some of their successes and failures.

• Become more effective in developing a team.

• Train leaders to meet current complexity and demands

• Train highly productive teams with a diversity of styles and reduction of conflicts

• Significantly improve communication and the relationship of teams.

• Hiring professionals with greater assertiveness.

• Increase the engagement of professionals regarding the organizational culture

• Analyse the compatibility of each professional to be hired with existing teams.
